"Telangana will be formed soon and the decision was taken by the Congress High Command. There is no second opinion about it," he told reporters here, a day after Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy reiterated in Hyderabad that united Andhra Pradesh would be in the interest of all.

The decision of creating a separate Telangana has led to protests in the non-Telangana regions of Andhra Pradesh.
