And "Game Of Thrones" star Emilia Clarke went for classic glamour in a slinky pale pink Atelier Versace number.
Meanwhile her co-stars Sophie Turner and Gwendoline Christie both looked lovely as they kept it simple in little black dresses.
Several stars opted for silver, including Heidi Klum, who showed off her figure in a cut-out creation.
Meanwhile Padma Lakshmi was clad in a backless long-sleeved dress which was covered in sparkling sequins.
Amy Schumer, who was joined by sister Kim Caramele, and Kirsten Dunst both decided to keep it classic in black.
Ellie Kemper, who gave birth just over a month ago, showed off her slender frame in a textured yellow dress.
Meanwhile William H Macy and Felicity Huffman goofed around on the red carpet as they posed for photos together.
Felicity looked gorgeous in a nude gown with white lace detailing while William sported a grey suit with a black shirt and satin tie.
TV personality Giuliana Rancic was the first to arrive and rocked a delicate pink caped gown complete with a train.
