Temprature marginally low, moderate rains in Rajasthan

Light to moderate rains kept day temperatures below normal in Rajasthan, with Churu and Sriganganagar being the hottest at 41 degrees Celsius.
Bikaner, Kota, Jaisalmer, Jaipur and Jodhpur recorded a maximum of 40, 40, 39, 39 and 39 degrees Celsius respectively, according to a Meteorological Department (IMD) report here.
Meanwhile, light to moderate rains accompanied by thunderstorm occurred at isolated places in Jaipur, Bharatpur, Ajmer and Bikaner divisions, bringing much needed relief from the scorching heat.
The weather conditions would remain the same tomorrow, the report said.
