Temps rise in Rajasthan, Churu hottest at 41.7 degrees Celsius

After a brief spell of rain, temperatures have once again risen in most places of Rajasthan.
Churu was the hottest place in the state at 41.7 degrees Celsius.
Kota recorded 41.4 degrees Celsius, Ganganagar 41 degrees Celsius, Jaisalmer 40.8 degrees Celsius, Bikaner 40.5 degrees Celsius and Jodhpur and Jaipur 40.1 degrees Celsius each.
Besides, Barmer recorded 39.8 degrees Celsius, Ajmer 39.6 degrees Celsius, Dabok 39 degrees Celsius and Pilani 37.5 degrees Celsius.
The MeT department has predicted dust storm and thunderstorm at isolated places in the state in the next 24 hours.
