Textile machinery expo in Erode district

A three-day international textiles, weaving machinery and accessories expo would be conducted at Texvalley in nearby Chitode from July 10.
The expo would have 60 stalls featuring latest machineries with modern technologies would be placed for view and sales said and was being organised by Weave Tex Tech, a consultative agency in the industry, Weave Tex Tech Chairman M A Rayappan told reporters here today.
U.R.C. Devarajan, Vice-Chairman of Texvalley, said 1.54 lakh powerlooms were functioning in Erode, Komarapalayam, Tiruchengodu and other places in the region and the expo would showcase latest state-of-the-ar machineries.
