will formulate a policy and come up with a mechanism to streamline sports affairs in the state.
"Evolving a policy is vital for promotion and over all development of sports in the state," Chief Minister Pema Khandu said during a meeting with the executive members of Arunachal Olympic Association (AOA) here yesterday.
Khandu said the state needed to develop a standard format for selection of players where the three stakeholders - Department of Sports & Youth Affairs, Sports Authority of Arunachal and Arunachal Olympic Association - must function in tandem and a coordination meeting at his office for the purpose would be called shortly, a CMO release said here today.
