Three air passengers detained for carrying undeclared gold

Three persons were today detained at the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport here for allegedly trying to smuggle in undeclared gold worth Rs 84 lakh, Customs officials said.
The trio was detained immediately after their arrival from Sharjah. They were found carrying one kilogram of gold each worth Rs 84 lakh, they said.
