Manoj, Sachin and Amit were arrested after they attempted to evade a police check post near Sabji Mandi at National Highway 58, they said.
After a chase, the three were caught and nine bikes and the car were recovered from them after interrogation.
Police said the three were professional vehicle-lifters and had been arrested on an earlier occasion as well.
