Three children injured in bomb explosion

Three children were injured when a bomb, concealed in a steel box they were playing with, exploded on the road near the residence of former BJP district chief Vijay Kumar Sinha here today, police said.
Only one bomb exploded when the children were playing with three abandoned steel boxes, containing as many bombs, and threw them on the ground, Deputy Superintendent of police, Saharyar Akhtar said.
While two injured were referred to Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) in Patna in a serious condition, another was admitted to Sadar Hospital.
