Three companies chosen for Swiss Ambassador's award

Three companies have been selected for Swiss Ambassador's award this year in recognition of their good work in diverse areas, including innovation and skill training.
Flisom AG, Jivana Vitality India and Rieter India have been chosen for the award.
"The winners represent the ability of industry to come up with sustainable solutions to everyday challenges.
"The three enterprises excel in different domains -- high tech, innovation with sustainable development solutions and investment in human capital through skilling," Swiss Ambassador to India Linus von Castelmur said here today.
Flisom AG is being recognised for the development of innovative flexible lightweight solar modules while Jivana Vitality is given the award for providing affordable drinking water in semi-urban India.

Rieter India has been chosen for effectively implementing the Swiss-Indian Vocational Education Training Initiative.
