Three-day bakers technology fair here from jun 27

A three-day Bakers Technology Fair, beginning here from June 27, is expected to provided a platform to explore business opportunities and network with the leaders of the bakery business.
More than 60 exhibitors will showcase their products and services and industry will have a great opportunity to meet manufacturers and service providers of the bakery supply chain under one roof to their business needs and expansion, Brijesh Edwards, Managing Director, Synergy Exposure and Events India Ltd, organisors of the fair, told reporters here today.
Products like rotary overns, deck ovens, cookie droppers, refreigeration, vending machines, stoprage and display counters, dairy, ingredients and other essential bakery equipment and services will be on view, he said.

Seminars on welness bakery productrs, trends in frozen technology, food safety and standards, latest trends in bakery industry and FDI versus Swadeshi Industry will be part of the expo, Brijesh said.
Various Industrial Associations, including Indian Biscuit Manufacturers Association, have extended their support to the event, he said.
