Chintalapally Sanjiva Rao (35), Polsani Sravan (26) and Manda Ravi (30) of Nagaram village, about 70 kms from here, were washed away in Manair river last night while they were immersing the idol, an inspector at Jammikunta Police Station said.
The bodies were fished out from the river in the wee hours today and sent to Huzurabad government hospital for postmortem, he said.
