Additional District Judge(I) J P Mishra passed the order today against Jaiprakash Singh (32), Nilnidhi Singh (30) and Jaggu Padit (26) after he found them guilty in the gangrape case of six women, all rag pickers, on January 22.
According to prosecution, the convicts had intoxicated the victims by offering them liquor before raping them in Kurmuri village under Sikarhata police station of Bhojpur district on October 9 last year.
