Acting on a tipoff, police conducted a raid at Ashwininagar locality and arrested the four, identified as Binod Shukla, Madhusudhan Korma, Laxmi Narayan Laddha and Mahuda Gazi.
Two laptops, an amount of 40,400 cash and 15 mobile phones were seized from their possession, they said.
