Police arrested Dilip Chaudhari, chief of the centre located at Vikas Hindi Vidhyalaya, and teachers Vinod Bhandekar and V. Shrikant as photos of the leaked out question paper were found in their mobile phones, said police inspector Gulabrao Wagh.
Chaudhari was allegedly involved in leaking out the paper of Science-II subject and sending it via a popular messaging service. He also got copies of the paper circulated among his favourites.
"It was found that the sealed packet of the question paper torn before hand and one question paper was missing from it. We have seized their mobile phones and arrested them after registering criminal offence under section 72 of IT Act, section 5 of Prevention of Malpractices Act and section 180 if IPC," Wagh said.
