Three held fortheft of jewels

Three persons including a 35 year old woman were arrested today in connection with theft of gold jewels, electronic gadgets and also foreign coinsfrom a house in Kamaraj Nagar on July 15.
The other two accused are Siva alias Kutti Siva and Anbu alias Anburaj from Orleanpet in Puducherry.
Senior Superintendent of Police (in charge of law and order) Rajiv Ranjan told reporters here today that the owner of the house Pakkiri had registered a complaint with the police thathe and his family members had gone away after locking the house to attend a marriage function outside Puducherry on July 15.

On return to their home the complainant stated that the gold jewels weighing 32 sovereigns, electronic gadgets and 90 foreign coins were found stolen.
The police official said that all the stolen properties were recovered from the accused after arresting them.
