The accused -- Riyazuddin, Nanhe Ansari and Babbu Ali -- were arrested last night during routine check, they said, adding the cost of the seized heroin in the international market would be Rs 50 lakh.
Investigations are on to ascertain the source of the narcotic, a police officer said.
