Three injured in stampede at Army recruitment camp

Three Army job aspirants were injured in a stampede at a recruitment camp held in the district sports grounds here today.
Police said thousands of youngsters gathered at the venue to participate in the physical fitness test as part of the Army Recruitment camp.
The stampede was triggered when some youths wanted to go first for the test and rushed through the crowd.
Three persons were injured in the incident and had been hospitalised, police said, adding investigation was on.
