The labourers along with 12 others were sleeping alongside the road near a rice mill in the village, nearly 20 kms from here, when a lorry loaded with paddy entered the mill during early hours and ran over the labourers, added police.
Those killed were identified as Deepak Sawan (32), Sikinder Sawan (30) and Shayam Sunder Sabhal (28), belonging from Kalyan Puri village in Samastipur district, Bihar.
While three of them were killed in the accident, others ran away to save their lives, police said adding that the driver has been arrested and further investigation is on.
