The incident occurred at around 5 am when the bus of a private travel company, being driven at a high speed, dashed into the dumper and later into the bike and the public transport vehicle, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), BKS Parihar said.
Two mechanics, who were repairing the dumper, were killed on the spot, while one more person Sukhesh Yadav (20), who was present at the spot, succumbed while being taken to a hospital.
The two mechanics were identified as Ajju (32) and Ramlal Kushwaha (40).
The driver of the bus fled the spot and a case has been registered against him, Parihar said.
According to an eyewitness, the bus collided with the vehicles, parked along side the road after the driver lost control over the wheels.
