The mishap took place late last night at Pedda Nagaram under Narsimhulapet mandal of Mahabubabad district.
According to Cheralu Thorrur, Circle Inspector of Police, the three were going to Maeripeda when a speeding lorry rammed into their autorickshaw.
All three, aged 20 to 22 years, died on the spot, he added.
The lorry driver fled after the mishap, the officer added.
