The five youths were on their way to Agra from Delhi to visit Taj Mahal in a BMW car, Deputy Superintendent of Police Piyush Srivastava said.
The speeding vehicle allegedly collided with a heavy vehicle at the Yamuna Expressway, he said, adding that the man behind the wheels may have dozed off.
While two youths died on the spot, the third succumbed to his injuries in the district hospital here, Srivastava said, adding the condition of the other two injured is stable.
The other vehicle fled the spot after the incident, he added.
