The three had ventured into the river for a bath when they were swept inside by the undercurrents at Egotivalasa in Seethanagaram mandal of the district last evening, they said.
The bodies were later fished out and sent for postmortem to the government hospital at Bobbili, police said.
The deceased were identified as C Krishna (40) and his two nephews Nagendra (12) and Mahindra (11), they added.
