Santoshi (17), Rohini (19) and Upma (22) were kidnapped by half a dozen armed persons who stormed their house under Singahi police area late last night, they said.
Their mother, Munni Devi, alleged that the abductors demanded a ransom of Rs 50 lakh for their release.
Police have combed the entire area to trace the girls and the abductors, said SP Akhilesh Chaurasia who reached the spot with ASP A P Singh.
Police from several stations have been deployed to trace the missing girls.
Meanwhile, alleging a serious law and order problem, a delegation of district BJP leaders is visiting the area.
