Tin, lead slip in lacklustre trade

Tin, lead and copper utensils scrap prices slipped in an otherwise lacklustre non-ferrous metal market here today on stockists selling amid lower demand from alloy industries.
While, copper cable scrap, copper wire bar, brass sheet cutting and zinc gained further due to persistent offtake from consuming industries.
Tin dropped by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,320 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 1,325.
Lead moved down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 132 from Rs 134.
Copper utensils scrap softened by a Re per kg to Rs 337.
However, zinc moved up by a Rs 2 per kg to Rs 174 as against Rs 172 yesterday.
Copper cables scrap, copper wire bar and brass sheet cutting edged up by a Re per kg each to Rs 376, Rs 404 and Rs 273.
