The title is in the closing line of the second film's, "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes", reported Aceshowbiz.
In the second movie, Dreyfus, played by Gary Oldman, told Malcolm, played by Jason Clarke, that the military was on their way. There was also a shot of a warship used in the international trailer of "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes". However, the ship did not appear in the finished movie.
Matt Reeves and Andy Serkis will return for the third film.
