TMC MPs not to attend all-party meeting in Delhi

The Trinamool Congress would not attend the all-party meeting in New Delhi on July 20 as party chairperson Mamata Banerjee has called a meeting of MPs in the city on that day.
"Trinamool's Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha leaders will not attend the all-party meeting in Delhi on July 20 due to pre-scheduled meeting of MPs in Kolkata called by party Chairperson," the party said in a statement.
The statement said that the Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister had been informed about this a few days ago.
"Also, on July 21, party MPs will attend Martyr's Day rally in Kolkata. Party MPs will attend Parliament from July 22," the statement said.
