Expressing concern over recurring accidents in cracker factories and outlets in the state, BJP Tamil Nadu President Thamizhisai Soundarrajan today demanded stern action and proper measures to prevent such mishaps in future.
Fire cracker accidents were now becoming too frequent in cracker factories and outlets in the state, she told reporters at nearby Thirukkadiyur.

Referring to the law order situation in the state, she said it was a cause for concern and urged the government to take corrective action.
She also stressed the need for improving the sanitary conditions across the state to prevent diseases.
Referring to the Nov 19 bylection to three assembly constituencies in the state, the BJP leader urged the Election Commission to ensure free and fair polling.
