Searches were held at Aggarwal's Radisson Blu and Fortune Palm hotels here on court directive, CB-CID officials said on condition of anonymity.
With Aggarwal appearing before Mumbai Crime branch today, the CB-CID's future course of action will depend accordingly, they said.
Summoned by CB-CID to appear on May 30, Aggarwal, being probed for his alleged connection in a betting ring which also includes actor Vindoo Randhawa and CSK team owner Gurunath Meiyappan, had failed to respond to the summons.
Police had announced initiating all legal action to ensure his presence for interrogation even as ten bookies are in the police net for their alleged involvement in IPL betting.
