"I am deeply shocked and grieved to hear the death of 24 students, who were washed away by floods in Kullu district in Himachal Pradesh..", Rosaiah said in a release.
"The clutches of fate has cut short the lives of the young budding engineers. I pray God to rest their soul in peace." he said.
"May God give strength to their parents and families to bear the loss of the beloved ones", he said.
