Police said a lookout notice has been issued against the man, executive Vice President of the company handling ground services at Thiruvananthapuram airport, on the basis of the driver's complaint.
A company official said police had informed them about the September 3, 2016 incident.
The man had allegedly left the country after the incident at nearby Nedumbassery.
Police said the victim, who was traumatised, filed the petition with police only on March 22 this year, as he had suffered depression and mental agony after the incident.
Police said the official was booked under IPC Sections 377 (Unnatural offences) 323 (Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation).
Police have seized his hotel bill and a copy of his passport, among other things.
They said a look out circular has been issued to detain him in airports as he needs to be questioned.
