The tournament would also see some of the best talents in golf, with the likes of Shankar Das (current Rolex Rankings leader), Shamim Khan, Mukesh Kumar, Om Prakash Chouhan, Shubhankar Sharma, Digvijay Singh, Khalin Joshi and others, vying for top honours, said a media release today.
The tournament, the largest golfing event in western India and part of the PGTI (Professional Golf Tour of India) Super Series, is to culminate with a Pro-Am tournament on December 7.
The other prominent foreign players in the field are Sri Lanka's Anura Rohana, K Prabagaran, N Thangaraja, Nepal's Shivaram Shrestha and Bangladesh's Md Zamal Hossain Mollah.
The two prominent Mumbai players in the field are Anil Bajrang Mane and Wilson Raj De Mello.
