Top Maoist leader arrested in Bihar

A hardcore Maoist, self-styled sub-zonal commander of Magadh range, was arrested today from civil line police station area of Bihar's Naxal-hit Gaya district, a senior police officer said.
Rajesh Yadav alias Behar Yadav was nabbed in a police raid led by city Superintendent of Police Rakesh Kumar following a tip off, Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) of Magadh Range Shalin said.
The top Maoist was facing 13 cases, including torching 32 vehicles at Grand Trunk road on April 24, the DIG said.
He was wanted in several cases of naxal activities in Aurangabad, Jehanabad and Arwal districts as well, he said.
