Any passenger, by logging on to the division's e-suvidha portal -- www.Jodhpurrailsuvidha.Com -- on his mobile, can get location of any utility right from the toilet to the station master's office.
Unveiling this facility today, DRM Rahul Kumar Goyal said that this portal provided location of various public utilities available at the station, besides train berthing information.
"When a passenger comes to the station, he may not necessarily be aware of the exact path to the facility or utility of his interest at any moment. In such a situation, without having any need to ask anyone, he or she can simply go to this portal on the cell phone, choose the facility and get the exact location on the map with a pointer," Goyal said.
One can also see the running schedule of a train. Goyal said depending upon the feedback, the facility will be extended gradually to other stations of the division.
