Treebo appoints ex-Amazon executive as finance head

Budget hotel chain Treebo Hotels has appointed ex-Amazon executive Pradeep Sriram as its new head of finance.
In this role, Sriram will be heading all commercial, accounting, tax, compliance, receivables and payables-related activities at Treebo Hotels, the company said in a statement here.
The appoint comes at a time when Treebo has embarked on a journey towards EBIDTA profitability over the next 18-24 months.

PayTm invests in mobile loyalty startup Mobiquest
PayTm has invested in Mobiquest Mobile Technologies, a Noida-based startup in the mobile loyalty and data analytics space.

The company's M' loyal platform currently serves over 200 brands and over 80 mn consumers, the electronic payment company said.

M'loyal offers a self-serve mobile enabled loyalty, analytics and campaign management platform to brands across retail, F&B, fashion, malls, health and wellness and hospitality among others.
M'loyal combines mobile technology with analytics to provide higher return on investment for marketing spends made by brands, it said.
