Addressing 'Kartik Oraon Birth Anniversary and Jatra' at Dhurwa ground here, he said nobody could "harm" the culture of the state and the country because of its deep rooted strength.
Promising to fulfill the dreams of late Kartik Oraon, Das said he would make Jharkhand a progressive state, rising above caste, sections and community.
Tribals are getting rights in the path of development and they want speedy development. But some people sought to mislead the society, he said, adding that they had made Jharkhand 'lootkhand' and now they wanted to make it 'jhootkhand'.
Alleging that earlier the land of the poor tribals had been "looted" through 'commission' (bribe), Das said his government has stopped it through the scheduled area regulation courts.
Earlier, lack of local policy had deprived job to the tribal youth but now jobs were being made available for them.
The Chief Minister claimed the simplification of Chhotanagpur Tenancy Act (CNT) and Santhal Pargana Tenancy Act (SNT) would benefit the owner of the land and not any other person.
Earlier, their land was used for agriculture purpose but after the simplification land owners could set up shops and engage in business, he said.
After the simplification of CNT and SNT acts the land owners could do agriculture as well as business, Das added.
A total of 257 sub-stations have to be constructed to electrify thirty lakh households, Das said.
The government also wants to construct roads, create irrigation facility, construct 12,000 additional anganwadi centres, but some people were still trying to create hurdles, he said.

"There is no need to be worried about the proposal as it is aimed to simplify the act for the development of the state and in the interest of the tribal community," he said at Sohrai festival organised by Adivasi Youth Club at Karandih in the outskirts of the steel city here.
Responding to the tribal community's demand, Das announced to establish a stadium in the name of tribal leader Jaipal Singh Munda and an adivasi auditorium for the promotion of tribal art and culture in 2018.
He also announced to introduce fellowship to help tribal students achieve higher education.
While greeting tribals on the occasion of Sohrai, Das crowned the winner of Ms and Mr Adivasi pageant contest held on the occasion.
