In order to celebrate the bio cultural diversity of India's tribal foods, the the ongoing CMS Vatavaran Film Festival is attempting to showcase different varieties of such organic foods being own and used in different parts of the country.
Indigenous forest people of our oldest surviving tribes from seven states are showcasing their products here. Stalls from Bihar, Rajasthan, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttarakhand show different kinds of vegetables, fruits, rice, drinks among many other food products which are tastier, more hygienic and planted without using any kind of chemicals.
