Tributes paid to Army jawan in Vizag

Floral tributes were paid to the mortal remains of Sep Venkata Rao Kolla on its arrival at the city airport late last night.
Rao, serving in 521 ASC Battalion, died in "battle causality", a PIB (defence wing) release said here today.
His body was brought to Visakhapatnam from Guwahati.
Military honour and wreath laying ceremony was conducted at "Shradhanjili Sthal" at the airport, the release said.
Representatives of the district administration, Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer of Visakhapatnam and Ex-Servicemen Association also paid tributes to Rao, who hailed from Kollavanipeta village in Srikakulam district.
