Trinamool Panchayat Samity member arrested on arson charges
Shaktipada Barik was arrested today after a complaint was registered against him accusing him ransacking a shop of a fellow party worker of Gopiballabhpur, Pashupati Ghosh, the police said adding, Barik had also set the shop on fire.
"We had received a complaint and Barik was arrested after investigation," said a senior officer of Bediapara police station.
