It had posted a net profit of Rs 26.21 crore in the January-March period of 2013-14 fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
TTK Prestige's net sales were up 5.02 per cent at Rs 286.21 crore in the fourth quarter as against Rs 272.52 crore in the same period of 2013-14.
During 2014-15 fiscal, TTK Prestige reported a decline of 17.41 per cent in net profit to Rs 92.32 crore as against net profit of Rs 111.79 crore in the previous fiscal.
Meanwhile, in a separate filing TTK Prestige informed that its board has recommended a dividend of Rs 22 per share.
TTK Prestige shares were trading at Rs 3,992 per scrip on BSE during afternoon trade, up 1.74 per cent on the BSE.
