Tutor sentenced to 4 months jail for sexually assaulting

A sessions court here today sentenced a private tuition teacher for sexually assaulting his 13-year-old girl pupil and her cousin brother for four months.
Additional sessions judge Kuldeep also slapped a fine of Rs 21,000 on Tasleem Raza.
A formal complaint was lodged, in this regard, on June 8, 2016 with a woman police station, in which the girl claimed that Raza indulged in indecent behaviour with the complainant and her 13-year-old brother.
The girl said Raza threatened the duo that if they told anybody about his behaviour, he would level false charges of theft against them.
The matter came to light only after the boy told his father about their ordeal following which he approached a police station and a complaint was lodged against Raza, who was later arrested.
