Earlier this week, Dr Azad Moopen, Chairman of Aster DM Healthcare and Director of NORKA announced offering job and financial support of Rs 25,000 to all the 46 Kerala nurses who returned from Iraq.
Fourteen nurses who had registered at their counter here have received cash aid as promised and 12 have been offered job opportunities, the group said in a press release here.
Nurses who haven't registered for financial and recruitment aid can avail these benefits directly from Aster DM Healthcare during the meeting arranged by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy tomorrow in Thiruvananthapuram.

The 12 recruited nurses have been offered jobs across the group's establishments in Kerala.
"We will also be providing job counselling for the recruited nurses to look into a better future", he said.
Dr Azad Moopen said based on merit and job qualification, nurses will also be offered job in the group's hospitals and clinics in UAE, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, if they fulfil official requirements.
