Twinkle, 40, who attended the film's screening here last evening, said the movie is "absolutely fantastic".
"Saw #Brothers and the second half had me spell bound-both the brothers @akshaykumar @S1dharthM are absolutely fantastic," she tweeted.
"Brothers", a family drama set in the backdrop of mixed martial arts, is directed by Karan Malhotra of "Agneepath" fame and produced by Twinkle's childhood friend Karan Johar.
"A fabulous film @karanmalhotra21 @karanjohar take a bow #Brothers," Twinkle added.
The movie, which is the official remake of Hollywood film "Warrior", also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Jackie Shroff and Shefali Shah in pivotal roles.
