The book launch function of Twinkle Khanna turned into a laugh riot with the former Bollywood actress taking digs at her husband Akshay Kumar and others including politicians.
Twinkle's first book "Mrs Funnybones: She's Just Like You and a Lot Like Me" was unveiled last evening at a function where filmmaker Karan Johar hosted "Koffee with Karan" rapid fire round with the actress as his special guest.
Replying to Karan's question of whom she wanted to be Akshay's next heroine, Twinkle said, "Jayalalithaa. I will make her into a caped crusader."
In a similar vein, she said Radhe Maa--the self-styled godwoman who is under scanner in a dowry harassment case--should have a reality show.
When asked if she were Ranbir Kapoor, Twinkle said, "I wouldn't speak because Kat (Katrina) has got my tongue."
If she were Deepika Padukone, the "Barsaat" actress said she would do every thing as it's "my choice", a reference to Deepika's much-talked-about video.
Twinkle said she would make Akshay the Sports Minister if she were Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
"I will look for my mommy," she said when Karan asked her if she were Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi.
When Karan asked what will she find in actor Aamir Khan's phones, Twinkle said, "Pictures of naked aliens."
Karan was happy to have a chat with Twinkle seven years after she had refused to come on his show "Koffee With Karan".
