The accused have been identified as Rajeev and Gopal, aged between 25 and 30 years, they said, adding, six stolen bikes were recovered from their possession.
Constable Vipul had sustained bullet injuries in a firing between a police team and three armed assailants on July 9.
Police have already arrested their accomplice Amardeep who was also injured in the shootout.
Rajeev and Gopal used to steal bike in Delhi-NCR and sell them in other areas.
Police said a case has been registered against Rajeev and Gopal under relevant sections.
"We are now interrogating them to get further leads about their other accomplices active in vehicle-theft," the officer said.
