Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the workshop while Union Minister for Road Transport Nitin Gadkari will be the chief guest.
It is being organised jointly by Central government and Andhra Pradesh government in co-ordination with the World Bank, according to an official press release.
Experts on road safety from the country will present their papers on the topic during the workshop.
Participants will comprise ministers, officials of departments concerned, members of Supreme Court committee on road safety, transport ministers, transport Commissioners, central secretaries.
Besides, police officials, officials of roads and buildings department, NHAI, medical and health Department, municipal administration, transport department.
