Two dead, three injured as roof of dyeing mill collapse

Two persons were killed and three others severely injured today when roof of a dyeing mill here collapsed, police said.
The incident occurred early this morning when a major portion of the roof of B-Tex Dyeing Mill in Pandesara GIDC area suddenly collapsed on five labourers, an official at Pandesara police station said.
"We pulled out the workers trapped inside the debris and rushed them to new Civil hospital, where two of them were declared dead by doctors, while the remaining are undergoing treatment," a fire brigade official said.
The deceased were identified as Sanjay Harijan (40) and Karun Rai (22).

A case of accidental death has been registered with the Pandesara police in this regard and further investigation was on.
