Two die of lightning in Bihar

Two children died when lightning struck them in Dogachchi village in Katihar district, police said today.
Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Vinod Kumar said lightning struck on the hut of Nago Rishi where his daughter Sabina Kumari (15) and son Bultan Kumar (13) were sleeping with parents late last night.
While, Nago Rishi managed to escape unhurt his wife received minor injury in the lightning, the SDO said.
The girl and her brother lost their lives in sleep, the SDO said.
Kumar said dead bodies have been sent to the sadar hospital for post-mortem.
