Two drown in Nashik

Two teenagers drowned in a small
dam near here in North Maharashtra, police said today.
The incident occurred at Paste-Shivar village in Sinnar taluka yesterday and the deceased were identified as Jaikisan Parmanand Warocha (19) and Avesh Yakub Mughal (18), both residents of Devlali Camp near here, they added.
The duo was part of a group of five youths who had gone for a picnic at the dam (bandhara). They were taking photos of each other in the dam waters when two of them got trapped in sediments and drowned, police said.
Their bodies were fished out this morning.
