The sessions court judge Adarsh Jain held Dharmendra and Imratlal Lodha guilty under section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, prosecution said today.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 500 each on the convicts.
The duo, under the influence of alcohol, raped the 15-year-old girl on January 13 in Kundi Mangwar village in the agriculture field, finding her alone.
They were arrested after the girl lodged an FIR with local police and the case submitted for trial on February 2.
The court also awarded six month rigorous imprisonment to Lodha and Dharmendra under section 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code, the prosecutor said, adding all the sentences will run concurrently.
